Natural Medicines can alleviate a variety of conditions. They are often powerful, long term healers with little or no side effects.

I aim to integrate the power of natural medicine with the innate human ability to heal. This is the basis of Naturopathic philosophy. I have a deep respect for the body and seek to do no harm, only to guide you to your higher potentials in health. My work is about helping you to regain balance. Sometimes it's hard to bring about significant changes in our health without a little help! So for each of my clients I design specific treatment programs. This begins from day one. Everybody is unique and deserves personal attention.

My work in healing is enriched by my practice and teaching of movement forms such as Movement Meditation and Nia Technique. I bring to my clients a sense of connectedness and presence in their bodies.
