Getting Physical....with Soul
This energizing class combines a cardiovascular workout with strengthening poses and a freeing movement meditation. It is a one stop body-mind-spirit workout, harmoniously blending movement and stillness to revitalize the body and calm the mind. Long held tensions and stagnant energy are released by this specially designed course, to help you to discover both excitement and peace in your body.

The class begins with breath work and low impact movements which utilize and strengthen all of the body muscles including small joints and mucles associated with balance and core strength. As the intensity builds, so will your energy. Feel your heart rate increase as you burn calories and free your self in the dance! The simple movements are led by an instructor and different levels of fitness and intensity are provided for.
After the body workout we move into a space of healing and connectedness, using gentle flowing movements and meditation to unwind and soothe the nervous system. Drawing from sacred dance and active meditations we embark on a journey of self-healing to complete the Spirited Movement Experience. This course is a gift to your whole being.
