Spirited Movement classes
This energizing class combines a cardiovascular workout with strengthening poses and a freeing movement meditation. It is a one stop body-mind-spirit workout, harmoniously blending movement and stillness to revitalize the body and calm the mind. Long held tensions and stagnant energy are released by this specially designed course, to help you to discover both excitement and peace in your body.

The class begins with low impact movements which utilize and strengthen all of the body muscles including small joints and mucles associated with balance and core strength.
These movements build to increase your heart rate and burn calories! The simple movements are led by an instructor and different levels of fitness and intensity are provided for.
After the body workout we move into a space of healing and connectedness, using gentle flowing movements and meditation to unwind and soothe the nervous system. This course is a gift to your whole being.
