Nia Technique classes

The Nia Technique is a fusion of movemen practices from East and West. Freedance and personalization of the moves is encouraged and celebrated. Offers a cardiovascular workout for all muscle groups both major and minor and improves balance, stability, flexibility, coordination, tension release, and the pleasure of living in your body.
