At a time when life moves swiftly, and we find our energy and focus directed into many different endeavours and aspirations, it's good to take a deep breath and check in with our bodies to make sure we are still taking very good care of our health. Adrenal exhaustion, weight problems, skin conditions and digestive complaints are on the rise, because in trying to keep up with the stresses of modern life, our bodies are suffering.

Apart from being a major inspiration for art. music, poetry and writing, nature has also been the inspiration for healing and medicine. It makes sense, that we as humans beings can benefit from the biochemical and therapeutic constituents of plants and natural substances.
